This guy is a handsome, petite Shepherd who never stops smiling. Charlie has lived with small children and absolutely LOVES KIDS. He loves to play with other dogs and thoroughly enjoys the action on dog daycare days. He loves to be outside, go for walks, car rides, and he also loves to play with toys! He has a favorite place on the couch at his foster parents, and you can usually find him sleeping upside down. His foster Mom does not have one negative comment to say about him. He’s just a joy to be around. Charlie is looking for a best friend or forever family that can show him all the finer things in life.
